We offer free delivery on qualifying orders based on product category and total order value:
Fertilizers & Pesticides:
- Free shipping on orders over $500
- Flat-rate shipping applies to orders under $500.
Live Plants:
- Free shipping on orders over $750
- Flat-rate shipping applies to orders under $750.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your cart meets the minimum requirement for each product category.
- Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders containing live plants may require up to 2 business days for careful inspection and packaging.
- Estimated Delivery Times

USA, STANDARD SHIPPING ...... 1–3 business days (estimated delivery times may vary based on the destination)
- Live Plant Shipping Care
We use custom packaging to ensure your plants arrive healthy and intact. If your plant arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery for support or replacement.
- Product Shipping Restrictions
We comply with local and federal regulations. Some pesticides and plants may not be eligible for shipment to certain states or regions.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that items can legally be received in their location.
