What’s Covered
Our guarantee applies to plant health concerns that arise within 30 days of delivery, as long as the following care guidelines are observed:
- Remove the plastic covering immediately upon arrival
- Avoid repotting right away, to prevent transplant shock
- Residential Plants: Wait 2–4 weeks
- Landscaping Plants: Wait 3–5 days
- Gradually acclimate your plant to its new environment, adjusting for light, temperature, and humidity
